Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on all orders over $80. For orders under $80, a flat rate of $7.00 will be applied.
- Expedited Shipping (3-4 business days): $12.00

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please note that these estimates do not include processing time.

3. Order Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

4. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories. Orders placed with these addresses will be canceled and refunded.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at info@facefirstesthetics.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

7. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before the package is shipped.

8. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.
